GlampEco Stays Manali – Booking and Refund Policy

Booking Policy

  1. Guests are required to pay a 100% advance at the time of booking.
  2. Please note that 20% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.
  3. Our standard check-in time is 2 PM, and the standard check-out time is 12 PM.
  4. Only government-issued photo identification with a valid address will be accepted as proof of identity.
  5. At present, we only host guests above the age of 13. Please do not make direct website bookings for anyone under the age of 13.
  6. Guests are requested to be discrete towards nature, the people, as well as the surroundings.
  7. The right of admission is reserved by GlampEco Stays Manali.
  8. Please make sure you keep all your belongings safe. In any case, GlampEco will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged luggage.
  9. Non-resident guests are not permitted inside the property unless a prior reservation has been made at the cafe.
  10. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the Dome tents or Mudhouse, including the washrooms.
  11. Due to the eco-friendly concept of our site we do not provide any single-use toiletries except handwash. So kindly get your own personal use items.
  12. By booking your stay at GlampEco, you acknowledge the remote and natural setting of our location and agree not to hold us liable for any injury or harm that might occur during your stay.
  13. GlampEco reserves the right to modify, amend, or delete any information regarding offers, products, or services at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to inform past, current, or prospective visitors.

Booking Extension Policy

  1. Extension of stay will be provided at current room rates and is subject to availability.
  2. Current room rates may differ from the rates at which the original booking was made.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email. While you are welcome to call and discuss, the cancellation process will only be initiated and confirmed through written communication.
  2. We operate on a credit policy for cancellations, meaning your applicable amount will remain as credit for up to one year from the original booking date. Please note:
    • There are no cash or bank refunds for bookings.
    • 20% of the total booking amount is always non-refundable.
    • Cancellation before 30 days of check-in: 80% credit (80% of the booking amount).
    • Cancellation between 16–30 days of check-in: 75% credit (75% of the booking amount).
    • Cancellation between 15–8 days of check-in: 50% credit (50% of the booking amount).
    • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No credits.
  3. You will be able to use your credits for any future single booking for dates within one year from the time of the original booking. These credits are transferable, so if you cannot plan a stay, the credits can be passed on to friends or family.
  4. The credits will have to be utilized within a single booking and are applicable only on stays. These credits cannot be used to avail of adjustments or discounts on meals.
  5. In case the credit amount remains unused after a rebooking, or after a period of one year from the original date of booking, it will be treated as lapsed credit.
  6. Please note that the credit amount is not refundable in cash and may only be used as credit for future bookings. The actual price of stay during the future booking dates may vary depending on the season.
  7. All booking requests will be confirmed upon 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
  8. In case there is a difference between the amount of your future booking and the credited amount, you will need to transfer the balance to our account.
  9. If you reduce your stay, the same cancellation policy applies.
  10. In case the property is unable to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to use the credited amount for any future booking at GlampEco Stays Manali.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  1. Standard check-in time is 2 PM.
  2. Standard check-out time is 12 PM.
  3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management.

Important Information Before Your Stay

1. Road Conditions
The route to GlampEco includes an unpaved, steep mountain road with around 30+ sharp turns. For safety, we highly recommend:

  • Traveling with a local driver familiar with the road, or
  • Driving only if you are an experienced self-driver.

Suitable vehicles: SUVs, 4x4s, or small light cars (like Alto).
Not suitable: Sedans or luxury cars.
Trekking up is also a beautiful option for adventure lovers.

2. Mobile Connectivity
Network coverage can be patchy on the way. Jio works best on the route, while Airtel and Vi may lose connection. Once you reach GlampEco, all networks usually work fine.

3. Guest Suitability
Due to the uphill climb and terrain, GlampEco is not suitable for:

  • Elderly guests with mobility challenges
  • Pregnant women
  • Families with infants or very young children
  • Anyone who may struggle with a steep walk or cardio activity.
