SUSTAINABILITY & COMMUNITY

Enjoy Every Bite, Sustainably

At the Glass Cafe, we believe great food goes hand in hand with caring for the planet and local community. Most ingredients come from nearby Himalayan farms — fresh honey, ghee, vegetables, pulses, and herbs — reducing food miles and supporting local producers. We follow eco-friendly practices, from composting organic waste to mindful recycling. Every visit supports local women and youth, helping GlampEco foster sustainable livelihoods and preserve Himachali culture.
