No prior experience is required. Our yoga and meditation sessions are suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The teacher will guide you step by step and offer variations so you can practice comfortably at your own pace.
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, we kindly ask you to consult with your doctor before joining. Please also inform the teacher before the session so they can suggest safe and gentle modifications where possible.
